- Receive, analyze and select best offers based on projects’ needs
- Handle and process purchases, while maintaining the compliance of specifications and quantities with requirements, as well as ensuring timely delivery
- Organize the procurements’ logistics with the Projects Management & Operation Department
- Ensure the proper storage of procured goods and track their delivery
- Control payments to subcontractors and suppliers, as well as client payment demands in close coordination with all Departments
- Closely work with the Contracts, Costing & Coordination, Engineering & Design and Management & Operation Departments on completing submittals and approvals of goods & services as well as in reviewing the as-built drawings
