• Prepare tender estimates and submit bids
  • Administer and control contracts in close coordination with the Procurement and Engineering & Design Departments, including the submittal of variations and claims.
  • Estimate and monitor projects’ costs
  • Control payments to subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitor client payments, in coordination with all Departments
  • Prepare and regularly review plans with Project Managers
  • Manage and deploy resources in cooperation with Project Managers
