Constructing the14-storey Mouawad Headquarters building with a total constructed area of 6,500m² in the center of Achrafieh, which included showrooms, craft-shops, administrative offices and underground parking facilities.

Renovating and restoring a luxurious 3-storey villa with 3 underground floors recreational area and gymnasium (total constructed area: 4,500m²). Works also included internal architectural and electro-mechanical works

Constructing a luxurious apartment building in Broumana made of 10 apartments, a duplex villa, 3 underground levels (Total construction area of 6,000 m²). The project included all structural, architectural and electro-mechanical works

Infrastructure and civil works totaling 80 km of water supply and 20 km of wastewater networks, elevated water towers, two 30,000m3 ground reservoirs, seven bore holes and pumping stations.

Electro-mechanical works for the entire project totaling 43,000 m² of constructed area, which consists of a 5-stars hotel (208rooms, theatres, restaurants, shopping mall, amusement center, parking facilities and others).
